We will go into techniques to enhance the spirit of ourselves, as Teachers.

We will go into Energy techniques to bolster and secure the minds and hearts of our students.

We will talk about techniques and the power of the meditation-student-dialogue process.

We will do practices that help us enter and leave group and personal meditation with empowerment, strength, kindness, prosperity and abundance moving forward.
