Come bring your family to a fun and healthy Yoga Class. Enjoy time led by Yoga Teacher J-P Rowley (Dad) and daughter yogini Ella Rowley (Daughter). This is an Open Family event. All are welcome. As a Group Children will create fun Yoga-themed father's day Cards and as a group, we will talk about what we like about our Dads and why we enjoy celebrating and being with them.
This is a great time to share gratitude and start, continue, or advance your family practice and your practice with Dad. You don't have to be a Dad to come celebrate your dad or the dads of the world. Everyone is welcome to celebrate Dad. See you there.
