Gratitude and Forgiveness

Forgiveness changes lives. It doesn´t just change the lives of our own. But it also changes the lives of those we forgive for the better.

We will talk about our lives as a group and how forgiveness and gratitude has helped our individual lives and the lives of our families. We will do yoga postures and meditation. J-P Rowley will present in-person songs of forgiveness and gratitude.
