Hello Everyone. I hope this moment finds you very well and full of great joy!

Thank you for all of your help and kindness. I am actually writing a book about kindness believe it or not, prompted by Ella to do so. The guru speaks and I listen.

I know I am suppose to be working hard on gathering 24 clients for The Rowley House and to pay the rent and I am writing this blog in order to do so.

I am excited to continue to support Ella. She is excited about our first ever book releases in person at CitYoga. along with showcasing how we work the chakra system and apply it in our everyday lives.

I want to wish Julia our long-time meditation friend and teacher, Uncle Keane, and aunt Ariel happy birthdays this month!
