Hello. I want to start this form of energetic connection with deep and heartfelt prayer and meditation. We know that there are a lot of people that struggle from depression.
Particularly the type of depression that happens when there are no spaces or people to help with the incredible relaxing process of sitting and lying down with people in your neighborhood in rest, restoration, good energy and relaxed conversation, and love.
